* Actually, this is the date format for Europe and Australia. The rest of the world uses the yy/mm/dd format. Which is good because that makes November 10, 2001 convert to 01/11/10 which is still palindrominary.

So, National PD's are those dates that qualify under the American format, International PD's are those that qualify under the European/Australian and/or the rest of the world formats and Worldwide PD's are those that qualify under all three.
